Dive Team Sign-up

NO LATE FEES! Come check out the dive team when the pool opens.  If it looks like fun then join us!

Dive team registration fee is $95 per diver with a dive family maximum of $250. We also require a commitment to volunteer at least four hours to assist the team.The volunteer duties include helping to set up and run the meets, run the snack bar at home meets and planning the end of year party. A family may opt out of the volunteering requirement by paying a $50 fee.

All parents/guardians must complete the following forms for their family:

• 2011 Dive Volunteer Form
• 2011 Dive Registration Form
• 2011 Medical Information Form

*If your child will be on both the swim and dive teams, please print out two copies of the medical information form.
